Material / Design Details

The hinge fillers are 3D printed in white PETG plastic, which is easily covered with spackle and paint. One side is concave to accommodate any bulges around screw holes, and the material can be trimmed with a knife if minor adjustments are needed for a custom fit.
How to Install / Use

To install, we recommend using a standard wood glue to affix the hinge filler inside the mortise. While wood glue is not specifically designed for plastic, it works well for this application since minimal strength is required.

Once installed, fill any remaining gaps with standard drywall spackle, sand smooth with fine-grit sandpaper, and paint as desired.
